Intergenerational Conversations Between LGBTQIA+ Youth and Elders

Queer2Queer (Q2Q) features powerful intergenerational conversations between LGBTQIA+ youth and elder activists. The video series is a collaboration between the CURED documentary team and The Future Perfect Project. In each of the four episodes, two inspiring change-makers – one from an older generation and one from a younger generation – come together to share wisdom, personal stories, and hopes for the future. Here’s a link to the Q2Q trailer.

These heartfelt and uplifting conversations build connections between generations while fostering a deeper sense of our community’s shared values. Viewers will meet a Stonewall veteran (Rev. Magora Kennedy – one of the featured participants in CURED), the first openly trans person to testify before the U.S. Senate, and the creator of the AIDS Memorial Quilt, along with a new generation of vibrant queer activists. Watch all four episodes of Q2Q.

Distribution support for Q2Q is provided by SAGE. To learn more about the series and the team behind it, visit the Q2Q website.
